  2. :: S H A M A I N D U S T R I A L S I T E • C O M M E N T A R Y :: • Site is fairly level with apparent gentle incline west to east with fairly good drainage • Appears to drain to the north with northern boundary being the lowest and wettest • Site sits downhill from, and adjacent to, ZoomLion Waste Disposal Facility • No access road to available plots • Flora appears to be of high savannah type • Land has soft substrate structure • Drive time to Takoradi Port 30 to 50 minutes depending on traffic in town • 600 meters to main Accra Road • 3rd class road into industrial site
