  1. Aim: How did the Greeks contribute to the western world? Do Now: What is the western world? From which of the Poleis do you think many of these contributions came from?

  2. Despite their differences, a common Greek culture • Why is there a common culture among Greeks? • Religion • Panhellenic festivals • Olympic Games, Dionysus Festivals

  3. Museum Activity • Go from station to station and complete the worksheets provided. These will be handed in for a grade. • You may move through at your own pace!

  4. How did the Greeks explain the world? • Greek Mythology – Zeus, Apollo, Poseidon, Ares etc.

Are they accurate?
