Analysis of Oxalate Levels in Biological Samples Using Enzymatic Techniques

This study investigates the quantification of oxalate levels in biological fluids through enzymatic assays. Samples were prepared using phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) mixed with ethanol (EtOH) to stabilize the oxalate concentration. The results were measured in mg/dl, focusing on accuracy and reproducibility in the detection of oxalate, observed in varying concentrations (0.5-10.0 mg/dl). The findings underscore the importance of precise biochemical methods in clinical diagnostics and research applications related to oxalate metabolism and related disorders.
