Take N images at each setting and verify that data is transferred to AEP and available in output telemetry. NCKU UCB Tohoku ISUAL Long Functional Test Heetderks

  8. Sprite Imager Camera Operation(continued) • Aurora Mode Max Exposure • Verify that Imager can take images at maximum specified Exposure Duration (1.0 second) • Sprite Continuous Nominal Operation • Requires "Sprite Simulator" test set. Set up imager for at least two different sets of parameters for RepPeriod, ExpDuration, NumPostTrig, NumPreTrig, and verify that event response timing is consistent with these settings. Capture N events and verify that image data is transferred to AEP and is available in the output telemetry. Verify that image data captured the Simulator events, consistent with simulator timing settings. • Sprite Continuous Max Frame Rate and CCD Readout Time • Set parameters for max frame rate and verify this rate by measuring frequency of EXP, both prior to readout and during readout. Measure frequency of FRMV pulses to verify CCD Readout time • Sprite Continuous Gate Delay • Verify functional operation of Gate Delay by setting at least two different values of GDelay, for at least two different ExpDuration/RepPeriod settings, for both GateOff Mode On and Off. Gate Delay is verified by observing the delay in PCGATE rising edge relative to EXP rising edge with Event is triggered. NCKU UCB Tohoku ISUAL Long Functional Test Heetderks

  9. Sprite Imager Camera Operation(continued) • Sprite Burst Nominal Operation • Requires "Sprite Simulator" test set. Set up imager for at least two different sets of parameters for RepPeriod, ExpDuration, NumPostTrig and verify that event response timing is consistent with these settings. Verify that image data captured the Simulator events, consistent with simulator timing settings. Verify that 8 images are transferred to AEP for each event and that the data is available in the output telemetry • Sprite Burst Max Frame Rate • Set parameters for max frame rate and verify this rate by measuring frequency of EXP. • Sprite Burst Gate Delay • Verify functional operation of Gate Delay by setting at least two different values of GDelay, for at least two different ExpDuration/RepPeriod settings, for both GateOff Mode On and Off.
