Strategy • Develop plans in phase with IEEE Initiative funding cycle • Proposals due to IEEE in April of year before initiative begins • “Out of cycle” proposals possible in September/October of year before initiative • Thus, target having proposals by 4/1/05 • Spend remainder of 2005 organizing approved activities

  4. Planning Areas • ICRA reviewing processes (Bekey) • Conference Improvement (Lumelsky) • Educational Directions (Fiorini) • Electronic Services • Need person to lead investigations • Member Services (Papanikolopouos) • Surveys (Hamel) • Recommend make LRPC the home for society surveys
