Gene Expression Analysis of RB15 Mutant and Treated Mouse Models in Various Organs
This study examines the gene expression profiles of the RB15 mutant and treated mouse models across various organs, including the liver, duodenum, stomach, jejunum, kidney, spleen, heart, colon, lung, and ileum. Using RT-PCR techniques, we analyzed the expression levels of ApoB mRNA in different conditions, finding a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0262) in treated versus untreated samples. This research helps understand the effects of RB15 mutation and treatment on multiple organ systems in a mouse model.
