What is COLOR? 1) Light sources quantitatively described from spectral distribution of their energy and standardized as illuminants. 2) Physical objects are described by their shape and and spectral distribution of transmitted or reflected light energy. 3) Human visual system quantitatively described as ability to measure color correspondence. Сolor is an attribute of visual perception. Result of color perception depends on 3 components.
Color Inconstancy Color inconstancy is the change in color of a single sample under different illuminants. It stands as a very important problem for color technologies as under different lightning conditions same-colored objects can look completely different. It is necessary to know how the color sample looks on other monitors or when printed on paper.
