Enhancing Mouse Spermatogonial Stem Cell Colonization with Low-Intensity Ultrasound Stimulation

Spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) play a crucial role in male fertility. This study explores how low-intensity ultrasound (LIUS) affects SSC colonization. Results showed increased colony numbers in experimental groups, with no significant difference in colony diameter. LIUS was applied to SSC cultures using a designed ultrasound device. Overall, LIUS stimulation proved effective in enhancing SSC proliferation and colonization in vitro.
