  2. Introduction • Mag-Cell is a complete live Guard Monitoring Solution • Using the latest technology in GPRS communication • Equipped with battery back-up in the event of power failure • Automated Web-based Server boasts with powerful functions and User Friendly Interface

  3. Log on • Web Based - makes it accessible anywhere in the world • Power to Monitor your site in any location • Secure Username and Password log on

  4. Main Screen • The Main Screen is based on MS Explorer • All Functions always display on the left hand side • Corresponding to the selection on the right hand side • The welcome screen shows new upgrades and additional features to the server

Reporting Selection • All Reports are Listed on the Right Hand Side • Clocking Details are the normal “Mag-Touch” Reports • Clocking Overview is a summary of Patrols in a Hourly Format • Guard logs, logs Guards via the Key Pad On and Off Duty for Attendance Purposes • And a number of historical Reports for future reference

  6. Clocking Details Selection • Easy to Use Dropdown Menu for Site Selection • View Patrols for any Period up until present date • Data is backed up on secure server to minimize data loss due to theft or PC crashes

  7. Clocking Details Report • Report shows in sequence of event From and To the Dates selected • Reports on screen can be saved in PDF format • This eliminates “falsification” of Patrol Reports • Report also gets automated to be emailed on a daily bases in PDF Format

  8. Clocking Overview Selection • Easy to Use Dropdown Menu for Site Selection • View Patrols for any Period up until present date • Unique report to Minimize supervision time of Patrol Reports

  9. Clocking Overview Report • Quick Spot Check Report • Green blocks with numbers display the clocking’s time in the corresponding hour column • Empty White blocks are Missing clockings in that hour • This report get automated to be send via email in PDF format Daily

  10. Mag-Base Control Room • Mag-Base controls important Events like Patrol OK, Missing Point and Failed Patrol • Designed for Control Room Purposes • Operators must give attention to events by handling them on the View button • Contact numbers and Site Details will appear

  11. User Listing • Unlimited Users can be Added • Users are given rights on the level of their accessibility • User’s movements are logged on their last logon visit • More than one site may be added to Users to gain access to Reports

  12. Site Assignments • User group4_sipho only has access to the site General Electric, set by the Administrator • Easy to Use Tick Boxes, to quickly update status of Users

  13. Guard Control • Unlimited Guards may be added • Unique access code per Guard • Basic Attendance on Starting and Ending times on-site

  14. New Site Screen • Easy to Add a New Site • All relevant Details like Description, Telephone Numbers and Passwords of the Site, are loaded to the server

  15. Clock Points per Site • Unlimited Patrol Point may be Added to Each Site • Each Point has a non-duplicable serial number, determined by the Dallas iButton • Each Point can be User Defined in the Description Box • Easy to Add/Edit and Delete Points allocated to the site

  16. Site Listing Screen • Listing of All Sites loaded on the System • Easy to Add/View and Edit Information of the sites

  17. Patrol Edit Screen - 1 • Patrol Parameters are set per site • Unlimited Patrol Rules e.g. Weekly Patrols and Weekend Patrols • Round Time is User Definable • Starting and Ending Times of Patrols are User Definable

Patrol Edit Screen - 2 • Points may also be Added or Excluded from Patrol Rules • Example: All Points are accessible during Week Days but some are inaccessible over Weekends, thus these points will be excluded from the Weekend Patrol Rule • Example: Weekly Patrols are only Night Shifts while Weekends are 24Hour Shifts, thus the reason for more Patrol Rules

  19. SMS Notification • Site’s SMS status is shown by selecting the Site on the Dropdown Menu • Unlimited SMS accounts per site can be created • Each account may only receive user definable SMS messages

E-Mail Report Notification • Email accounts are set by Site • Unlimited Emails may be send per site - Free • User definable selection on notification • Notification on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly bases • Automated Reporting eliminated driving costs and Time Saving to download, send straight to your Inbox • Secure PDF format
