Comisión de GéneroSecretaría Técnica de GéneroPoder Judicial BOLETIN INFORMATIVO 09/07 Es muy importante que conozcamos algunas de las labores que ha realizado el Poder Judicial en materia de género, por esta razón le instamos a consultar en la INTRANET los principales fallos que la Sala Tercera ha dictado en los últimos años relacionados con este tema. Al respecto, puede consultar los textos completos de los votos emitidos en el año 2005: 50, 352, 452, 616, 861, 872, 873, 965, 972, 994, 1026, 1189, 1379, 1475, 1493 y en el año 2006: 8, 67, 173, 354, 405, 432, 507, 601, 729, 737,1258. Para acceder a esta información ingrese en Despachos seleccione Sala Tercera, luego Sentencias, el año y por último el número de fallo que desea consultar.
