Analysis of FliC Protein Variants in Standard Weight Conditions Using hDMEM and LB Media

This study investigates the behavior of various FliC protein variants, including ΔescF, ΔespA, and ΔfliI, under standard weight conditions. Utilizing 62 kDa samples, the analysis employs α-FliC antibodies and examines protein expression in whole cell lysates (WCL) from both hDMEM and LB media. Results will contribute to understanding the functional roles of these flagellin variants in bacterial motility and immune response evasion. This foundational research may offer insights for future microbiological studies and applications in vaccine development.
