We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the OSEP Technical Center for PBS, along with Rob Horner and George Sugai, for their invaluable support in advancing Positive Behavior Support (PBS) practices. Special thanks to the Iowa Department of Education and Heartland AEA 11, particularly Wendy Robinson and Shannon Harken, for their collaboration in training and implementation. This overview highlights the core principles of PBS, its models, and key lessons learned through our partnership, defining systems that create positive and effective educational environments.
