  1. OBJECTIVES To raise funds for PC2011 Beneficiaries (Target: $50,000) To enhance school spirit To provide a platform for students to hone and demonstrate their communication skills To provide a platform for student leaders to hone and demonstrate their leadership skills

  4. Fund-Raising Dates Mass CIP 22nd May (Sunday) 5 Hours (8am to 6pm) Islandwide Extra CIP June Holidays (30/5, 31/5, 2/6, 3/6) Registration commences this Friday, ends next Thursday

  7. CIP Hours 2 - $10 or less 3 - $20 4 - $30 5 - $40 6 - $50 7 - $60 8 - $70 9 - $80 10 - $90

Important Notes Report at the MRT Station Queue up at the allocated station (A/ B/ C/ D) according to your register numbers [Notices in classroom] Giveaway a token ONLY with a donation of $2 and above If you finish all 40 tokens, you should collect $80, if you don’t, you need to pay the difference as donations

Important Notes You are allowed to do either collections on the streets or house-to-house Do collect your tin, licence and tokens upon registration You must return your tin, licence and extra tokens to the booth at the end of your session You are NOT SELLING TOKENS at $2, it is a token of appreciation to donors with $2 and above

  10. Important Notes Say Good morning/ Good afternoon, Sir/ Ma’am! Please donate to aid beneficiaries under the President’s Challenge A token would be given as a token of appreciation with a donation of $2 and above Some beneficiaries include Community Chest, Singapore Children’s Society Thank you so much!

Fund-Raising Dos Uphold the good name of Temasek Be polite and gracious Report 15 minutes before time stated Return to the booth on-time or earlier Try your best to raise a min of $50 (6 CIP hrs) Call the helpline given if you require assistance Wear BFC Event Tee + School/ Sports Shoes +Blue/ Black Jeans (FULL LENGTH) or School Pants/ Skirt [NO Shorts, Bermudas, Sandals, Slippers, Heels]

  12. Fund-Raising Don’ts Meddle with/ Open up/ Lose the donation tins --- Police report will need to be made Raise funds at MRT Stations, Bus-Stops, Shopping Mall’s Premises Sit on the floor/ Make noise Carry the tin into the restaurant/ food court for lunch, keep it in your bag
