  2. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Access SBTP Execution (TMS) • Select • Reports • SBTP • SBTP Execution (TMS)

  3. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Set Menu Bar Selections • Fiscal: Desired Fiscal Year • Unit Type: Filters Units by: • Flying Units • Aviation Ground Units • Other • Unit: Select as Desired • TMS: Select as Desired

  4. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Review the Submitted Data for Aircraft and Simulator Via Page Navigation

  5. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Select “HHQ Approve/Disapprove FY Forecast” Button

  6. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Opens the Approve/Disapprove SBTP Window

  7. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Each HHQ of the Unit Has an Approve/Disapprove Authority • Approve or Disapprove Should Occur in Sequential Order; Junior Unit to Senior Unit • User Permissions Determine Access to Approve/Disapprove Line Item

  8. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Approve: • Check Appropriate Box • Enter Comments • Date is Automatically Entered by M-SHARP • Save

Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Approval Statement • When Approved by an HHQ, an Approval Statement is Added to the Appropriate: • Report Module Page, SBTP Execution (TMS) Report • Setup Module Operational Forecast Pages • Updated as Each Subsequent HHQ Approves so Marines Can Easily Track Status

  10. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Disapprove • Check Appropriate Box • Enter Comments (i.e. why it is disapproved) • Date is Automatically Entered by M-SHARP • Save

Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Disapprove: When disapproved by an HHQ: • SBTP Forecast is Automatically Unsubmitted & an Unsubmit Statement is Added to the Appropriate: • Report Module Page • Setup Module Operational Forecast Pages • A Disapproval Statement is Added to the Appropriate: • Report Module Page • Setup Module Operational Forecast Pages

  12. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Disapprove: When disapproved by an HHQ: • The Unit Will Have to Correct the Identified Issues and Resubmit Via the Operational Forecast & Calendar, in the Setup Module • Complete Approve/Disapprove Process Begins Again

  13. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • If Necessary, a Senior Unit Can Approve or Disapprove Prior to a Junior Unit Completing the Approve/Disapprove Process

  14. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • Should Only Use this “By-pass” Function When Necessary to Get Approval Pushed Through

  15. Approve/Disapprove SBTP Forecast • HQMC Approval • Has Final Approval • SBTP Forecast is Locked for FY Once HQMC Approves • HQMC Approval Statement is Added to the Appropriate: • Report Module Page • Setup Module Operational Forecast Pages
