This session aims to explore the characteristics of effective instruction and their relevance to our professional development efforts as a school system. Participants will reflect on key elements of effective instruction, assess their past training, and discuss how to implement these principles with integrity. Collaborative activities, such as poster creation and carousel walks, will facilitate engagement and allow educators to compare insights and strategies. Together, we can enhance student engagement, rigor, and relevance in our classrooms through a student-centered approach.
