This project invites students to analyze contemporary nation-building instances across regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Mexico, and China. By engaging with historical key events and modern cultural artifacts, students will create time capsules that encapsulate the narratives of these regions. Through various tasks—including creating timelines, glossaries, and maps—students will explore critical questions of relevance and significance related to their selected countries. This immersive project showcases how historical contexts shape today's global landscape.
