In Step 1 of our Quality Improvement Process (QIP), we focus on identifying key stakeholders. Stakeholders can include individuals, departments, customers, vendors, suppliers, government agencies, and systems that participate in or are affected by a process. This step involves brainstorming participants, qualifying their roles, and determining their potential impact by changes within a process. Using the example of Burger Depot's efforts to improve food temperature and order processing, we will actively engage team members in capturing ideas to create a comprehensive stakeholder list for your specific processes.
