The digital world remains largely inaccessible for Indigenous people with disabilities, who face unique barriers that hinder their full participation in society. Drawing on insights from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, this piece highlights the urgent need to bridge the disability divide. It reflects on the experiences of First Nations communities, emphasizing the importance of tailored technological solutions and social networks to empower individuals. By embracing inclusion and cooperation, we can transform digital landscapes and foster community well-being.
