OBIETTIVI PER IL PROSSIMO ANNO SCOLASTICO Elabora una politica di inclusività Definisce una squadra di docenti che organizzano e coordinano gli interventi SCUOLA Sensibilizza la famiglia Convoca e presiede il GLI DIRIGENTE SCOLASTICO Convoca e presiede il Consiglio di Classe/ Interclasse / Intersezione

  13. Collabora con il D. S. ; • raccorda le diverse realtà • ( Scuola, ASL. Famiglie, Enti Territoriali; • attua il monitoraggio di progetti; • Rendiconta al Collegio; • Informa circa le nuove disposizioni di legge o rispetto a nuovi ambiti di didattica inclusiva. La Funzione Strumentale BES • Informano il D. S. della situazione / problema. • Effettuano un primo incontro con i genitori. • Individuano gli strumenti per effettuare lo screening. • Collaborano all’osservazione sistematica e alla raccolta dati. Consigli di Classe / Interclasse / Intersezione

  14. Si attiva per portare il figlio da uno specialista ove è necessario. • Partecipa agli incontri con la scuola.
