  3. When was WW1? • World War 1 started in 1914 and ended 1918 • World war 1 started because Archduke Francis Ferdinand was assassinated by a Serbian.

  4. Where is Gallipoli? • Gallipoli is in Turkey. • Gallipoli is important to the Allies because it was where the war was going on at the time.

  5. What is ANZAC Day • ANZAC Day is where we remember all the soldiers who died for you and me. • We celebrate ANZAC Day by marching.
