DESCRIPTION

This study investigates the interaction between MUC16 and Caveolin1 in various ovarian cancer cell lines, including SKOV3, SKOV3-CTD, and NIH:OVCAR3. We utilized a panel of control scFv constructs to assess their effects on apoptosis-related proteins like Bcl-2, Bcl-XL, Bax, FADD, and XIAP. The results, represented in figures and merged images, shed light on the signaling pathways influenced by MUC16 and Caveolin1 in cancer progression and treatment resistance.
