PROPOSALS • https://polarice.usap.gov/app/login/index.cfm • Proposals should include an Operational Requirements Worksheet (ORW) • ORW is produced using POLAR ICE software, linked through Fastlane • Allow sufficient time • Use the tutorial, help files, and online help • Be as thorough and accurate as possible

  9. SUPPORT INFORMATION • Once funded, project specific planning may begin a year or more in advance • Support Information Package (SIP) due 15 April • Similar to ORW, SIP is produced using POLAR ICE • SIP should reflect ORW, only more detail
