Inserting a Link. High light your text that you want to link . Click on the insert link button. The link window will open. Full in your link if you know it e.g. www.websouthafrica.co.za If you have a document or brochure then you need to upload it on to the server first.

  1. Inserting a Link High light your text that you want to link. Click on the insert link button The link window will open. Full in your link if you know it e.g. www.websouthafrica.co.za If you have a document or brochure then you need to upload it on to the server first. Detailed Front End

  2. Inserting a Link Click on Brows Server The FCK Editor window opens. Click on brows Brows for the document on your PC/desktop Open Screen Shots

  3. Inserting a Link Once you have opened the document the link will display, now click on Upload. The document is now uploaded on the server and you can select is. Screen Shots

  4. Inserting a Link Once you have clicked on the document in your server window, it will automatically insert the URL to your document. Click ok . Once you have clicked okay your highlighted text will be linked blue and underlined. Click save. Screen Shots

No your documents have to be named properly for you to find and replace and work with that document. 4. Can I change the links colour if our department is red, and we don’t want it blue? No, there is a reason it is blue, blue is the universal colour for a link and if you change the colour people sometimes do not realize that it is a link.
