Characterization of VHH-Tag Fusions: Cytoplasmic and Periplasmic Localization Analysis

DESCRIPTION

This study investigates the localization of VHH-tag fusions in prokaryotic cells, focusing on whether these fusions are predominantly cytoplasmic or periplasmic. We examine the behavior of various tags such as Toxin, C-tag, SORT, CLIP, SNAP, POX, GFP, Fc, CYS, BS, and AP, as well as the Halo-tag. Through systematic analysis, we aim to understand the expression patterns and functional implications of these fusions, providing insights into their applications in biotechnology and molecular biology.
