This study examines the mRNA expression levels of various CD4+ T cell subtypes, specifically Th0, Th1, Th2, and Th17, in response to different cytokines such as IL-6, IL-21, and IL-4. We focus on the regulatory roles of transcription factors like T-bet, GATA3, and AhR in modulating the immune response. Our findings reveal significant differences in mRNA levels relating to FoxP3, indicative of T regulatory cell function. This research enhances understanding of T cell plasticity and the impact of the immunological environment on their differentiation.
