Exploration of IL-6 Levels in TRAMP Models: Serum and Cell Supernatant Analysis
20 likes | 174 Vues
This study investigates the concentrations of IL-6 (in ng/ml) in both cell supernatants and animal serum from TRAMP models. Suppl. Figure 1 illustrates IL-6 levels across TRAMP-C1 and TRAMP-HR, accompanied by the coefficient of variation (CV) for IL-6 SV. Additionally, Suppl. Figure 2 focuses on immunohistochemical (IHC) staining of CD31 and Ki-67 in TRAMP-C1 and TRAMP-HR tissues, providing insights into vascularization and proliferation status in these tumor models.
