Analysis of Protein Expression Using pTOPHAb Constructs in HEK293 and T Cells
DESCRIPTION
This study investigates the expression and localization of various pTOPHAb constructs (pTOPHAbIII, pTOPHAbV, pTOPHAbI) in HEK293 and T cells. The constructs are tagged with α-HA for visualization, and β-actin is used as a control to assess cellular distribution. Suppl. figure 1 (A, B, C) provides comparative data on the expression levels of βI, βIII, and βV isoforms. The results contribute to understanding the functional roles of these proteins in cellular processes and their potential implications in cell biology.
