This study provides an in-depth comparative analysis of various immunoassay systems including the Abbott Architect i2000 (I & II), Beckman Coulter Access, Siemens Coat a.Count DPC, and Roche Cobas (II). Utilizing ID-LC-MS/MS methodologies, we assess the performance metrics such as the ratio calculations across multiple methods in nanomoles per liter (nmol/L). Results are visually represented, demonstrating the efficiency and accuracy of each system in clinical diagnostics and their implications for laboratory practices.
