This study examines the presence of in vitro transcribed (IVT) RNA in blood lysates, as illustrated in Supplemental Figure 1. We discuss the sensitivity threshold, measuring net relative light units (RLU) and the limit of detection (LOD) at attomole levels. Our findings contribute to understanding the dynamic behavior of IVT RNA in biological samples, potentially aiding in various biomedical applications and research involving RNA diagnostics and therapeutics.
