Enhancing Cisplatin Efficacy Through Targeting P53 Pathway in Vehicle-Treated Tumors: A Therapeutic Approach

This study investigates the synergistic effect of targeting the p53 pathway in vehicle-treated tumors to enhance cisplatin efficacy. Results from Fig. 6 show significant tumor regression with p53 modulation. The combination of cisplatin and p53 targeted therapy offers a promising therapeutic approach for cancer treatment.
