  2. Warm Up • John is confused! Explain to him how to create a fraction train and show him an example of a fraction train. • Kristy ate 2/6 of a bag of popcorn at the movies. She shared with her friend, Sara, who ate 1/6 of the bag. How much popcorn did the girls eat? What fraction of popcorn was left over?

Use the Sweetie Bar to help you answer the questions below. You will answer your partner’s questions. • Then we will switch back and the author of the questions will check to make sure his/her classmates correctly answered the questions.
