  3. tokbox is a free service that lets you talk with your friends over live video. You do not need a chat client or download a program to use tokbox – you are chatting through your browser. Your Friend You

All you need is broadband internet access and a computer with a webcam and microphone headset works great if you have one  Invite friends via email or video message right from ooVoo. If your friends are already on ooVoo, you will find them easily. You can chat with friends who haven’t installed ooVoo – they’ll join your video call on a Web browser!
