This study illustrates two cases of prostate cancer diagnosed following contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) imaging. The first patient had a PSA level of 14.14 ng/mL, with strong enhancement in the right peripheral zone (PZ) leading to a diagnosis of cancer with Gleason scores of 3+3 and 3+4. The second patient had a PSA of 19.19 ng/mL, revealing aberrant vessels and early washout in the left PZ, resulting in a diagnosis with Gleason scores of 4+5 and 5+4. CEUS plays a crucial role in diagnosing and characterizing prostate cancer.

Biopsy of the same region resulted in a diagnosis of cancer with Gleason scores of 4+5 and 5+4. A. CEUS image at 33 seconds after injection. B. CEUS image at 40 seconds after injection.
