This study examines the expression levels of E-cadherin and Vimentin in various normal control oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) cell lines, including HO-1-N-1, HO-1-U-1, HOC313, HOC815, and others like Ca9-22, HSC-2, HSC-3, and SKN3. By analyzing these markers, we aim to understand their roles in cellular differentiation, adhesion, and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition in OSCC, contributing to the insights on tumor behavior and potential therapeutic targets.
