Virus Replication in Mouse Organs Post Infection with Sofjin-IC.prM121 Mutants

This study investigates virus replication in mouse brain following infection with different Sofjin-IC.prM121 mutants. Results show virus titers determined by plaque assay. Statistical analysis was conducted using Student’s t-test.
