How do I save my gift card? Saving a gift cardis easy! Click ’redeem’ in your email, or tap the link sent via text message from GIFTA. You will then receive a 6-digit code via text message for verification. There are then 3 ways to save your gift card: 1.Follow the prompts to save to your Apple or Google Wallet 2.Download the GIFTA app and register your details to have your gift card appear in the GIFTA wallet 3.Download as a PDF to save and print
How can I redeem my gift card? You can redeem your digital gift card in-store by simply scanning the barcode, or online using the unique card number shown on your gift card. What is a GIFTA card? At GIFTA you can buy digital gift cards, corporate gift cards and send them via email to your loved ones in Australia. A GIFTA card holds endless possibilities and is the perfect gift for anyone! It gives the recipient the freedom to swap it with one or more partnered brands of their choice. When receiving a GIFTA card, the recipient will be redirected online to browse and choose from over 100 brands. How do I swap my GIFTA card? Click ’redeem’ in your email, or tap the link sent via text message from GIFTA. You will then receive a 6- digit code via text message for verification before being redirected online. You can choose to: 1.Swap your card value for a retailer card of equal value or, 2.Swap for multiple retailer cards up to your card value You can then confirm your order to receive your new gift card/s. How do I place a corporate order? We'd love to help you with this! Get in touch here and a member of our team will reach out to you. What are the available payment methods? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express as payment methods. Can I purchase a physical gift card? All of our gift cards are received electronically via email and text message. If you would like a physical copy, you can download and save your gift card as a PDF to print. Does my gift card expire?
