Purpose of this WebinarState Purchasing Division – Statewide Contracts Purpose & Scope: The purpose: To inform State of Georgia entities about the use of the Mandatory Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services. IPM is a sustainable approach to managing pests by combining biological, cultural, physical, and chemical tools in a way that minimizes economic, health, and environmental risks. The scope: To provide labor, materials, supervision and necessary tools and equipment to insure that customer’s facility will be free of pests. Services Include: An Initial Comprehensive Inspection is required to assess the User Agency need and to provide a plan on control strategies. Contractor shall adequately suppress following categories of Pests: Common Household and certain specialty pests, Bed Bugs, Wood Destroying Organisms, Mosquito Abatement Services and Wildlife Control.

This allows you to access the Statewide Contract Index as well as to shop for items available from the Statewide Contracts.

How to use this contract State Purchasing Division – Statewide Contracts[Ordering Instructions & Service Delivery] • Orders may be placed by using one of the following methods: Tel: 1-866-386-2073 Fax: 404-877-4261 Email: dtoth@rollins.com • To Place an Order: (a) Identify that you are a State of Georgia Agency & Provide SWC # (b) Provide the Physical Address Location for the facility requesting the service (C) Identify the type of facility ( d) Provide Square Footage of facility to be serviced. • The Orkin Service Branch Tech will be dispatched based on Address of Facility requesting Service *** An Initial Inspection to determine Control Strategies will be performed *** A Price Quote will be submitted to the Agency for Approval *** Price Quoted should be based on an Approved Price List (Available in TGMP) *** Service begins 48-72 hrs After Receipt of Purchase Order *** Access to facility shall be coordinated between the contractor and facility requesting service
