  3. Judaism • Who – Abraham, Moses • Holy Books -Torah Basic Beliefs • Monotheistic – one God • Jews are the chosen people of God, must follow his laws. • Jerusalem/Israel are holy lands.

  4. Christianity • Who – Jesus of Nazareth • Holy Books – The Bible: Old and New Testaments Basic Beliefs • Jesus is the son of God (Christ) • Came to redeem mankind from sin • Death and resurrection

  6. Islam Who – Mohammed Holy Books –Quran Basic Beliefs Allah is God, and Muhammad was the messenger of God The Quran is the word of God. Muslims must perform the “Five Pillars of Faith”.
