North Dakota Action Coalition Strategic Plan: Adapting and Moving Forward

The North Dakota Action Coalition convenes to address critical issues requiring adaptation within healthcare. Our strategic goals include formalizing a purpose statement, restructuring workgroups, and launching leadership projects to enhance efficiency. We will identify funding sources and engage stakeholders in an advisory council. Key discussions at the forthcoming April 3rd meeting will focus on enhancing nurse-physician collaboration and planning the first annual state leadership summit for October. Our objectives are shaped by current data and the need for dynamic change.
