Plant cells By Trent miller
Photosynthesis • Photosynthesis is plants making food and energy from water , carbon dioxide and sunlight.
The difference • The differences is that plants have cell walls. And that animal cells are round plant cells are rectangle. Also animal cells don’t have chloroplast but a plant cell dose.
Angiosperms and gymnosperms • Gymnosperms: a plant such as cycad or conifer which seed are enclosed with in an ovary. • Angiosperms: a plant that produce a flower or a fruit.
Cuticle plants Cuticle plants is when the leaf has a waxy film that helps prevents water loss by vapor.
Saprophytes and gametophyte saprophyte , any plant that depends on dead plant or animal tissue for a source of nutrition and metabolic energy, e.g., most fungi (molds) and a few flowering plants, such as Indian pipe and some orchids. Most saprophytes do not produce chlorophyll and therefore do not photosynthesize; they are thus dependent on the food energy they absorb from the decaying tissues, that they help to break down.
