Investigating the Role of GFP-ERα in Proteasome Function and Hormonal Response

This study explores the interactions of GFP-ERα with the proteasome in the presence of various treatments, including estrogen (E2) and inhibitors like ICI and RU58. The experimental setup utilizes vehicle controls and investigates the effects of ALLN on ERα induction. Through immunoblotting and relative fold induction analysis, we aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying ERα's role in cellular responses to hormonal stimuli, with GAPDH serving as a loading control. Results may reveal insights into estrogen signaling pathways and proteasome modulation.
