This study focuses on untreated G1 phase cells, analyzing their gene expression profiles under varying conditions. We investigated three different samples, evaluating the expression levels of genes such as CCNB1, CCNB2, and PCNA, alongside histone modifications like H3K4me3 and H3K27me3. The results demonstrate distinct expression variations, contributing valuable insights into cell cycle regulation and potential therapeutic targets. This analysis is crucial for understanding the molecular mechanisms underpinning G1 phase progression in untreated cells.
