  2. Definition The process individuals use to end a conflict by cooperating with others and problem solving.

  3. Statistics 60-80% of all difficulties of organizations are caused from strained employee relationships. The average amount of time a typical manager deals with workplace conflicts is 25-40% of their time. 78% of employees believe those who are promoted or hired are more involved in discrimination.

  4. Examples http://www.studygs.net/conflex.htm Overall the conflict is how Ken’s friends are always sleeping over and his roommate Johnny is getting very irritated with no sleep. Johnny decides to confront him and after talking about the problem they figure out a way so Johnny can get enough sleep and Ken will still be able to hang out with friends. (They set days to when Ken’s friends could come over.)

But, they joined couples therapy to solve there problems. Though there taking a toll with the media they’re still in it.

  6. My Views I believe having conflict resolutions should be used for almost every situation, or at least attempt to solve the issues in whatever the case may be.
