Pros/Cons Option 1 Pros: lower one time cost, school preference Con: less impact on waiting list due to lower # plots, no capacity for educational space, no capacity for school plots Option 2 Pro: greater immediate impact on waiting list, economies/lower per plot cost, capacity for educational space, capacity for school plots (2) Con: school concern, larger amount of cash to fund raise immediately, more foot and car traffic in neighbourhood www.northshorecommunitygardensociety.ca
