  16. Koala bear • There is only 2,000 to 8,000 koalas left in the wild! • The koala is related to the kangaroo and the wombat • The koala bear was not really a bear, they just look like teddy bears

  18. wombat • - Wombats are native only to Australia • There are 2 different types of wombat, the bare-nosed wombat and the hairy-nosed wombat • They live in large burrows up to 30 metres long

  19. The red bellied black snake • A bite from the red bellied black snake is seriously dangerous and requires immediate medical attention • They can grow up to 1.5 metres in length • This snake usually gives birth to about 20 live snakes at one time
