Features • The only institution in the state of Georgia where students can choose among a wide variety of diverse Engineering or Engineering Technology degree programs which best suit their talents, skills, goals, and aspirations. • Southern Polytechnic has a rich legacy of faculty, staff, and students who focus on practical research and learning with students immediately prepared for career work in industry, or accepted into top notch graduate schools. • Southern Polytechnic ranks 2nd in the state of Georgia for ROI (Return on Investment) and 16th among all universities in the entire USA! • Most degree programs within the college are housed in the state of the art and fully laboratory equipped Engineering Technology Center which was constructed in 2012 and received a Gold LEED certification.

  4. ABET Accreditation The Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://abet.org. In fact, all Bachelors of Science degree programs in the Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology are fully ABET accredited.
