  1. Warm up • Make our foldable.! • Cut on the dotted line labeled CUT • Fold on the polka-dot line.

  2. Translations SLIDE

  3. Translate the image by (x – 8, y + 2)

  4. Translate the image by (x + 2, y – 3)

  5. Find the pre-image(x + 12, y – 17)

  6. Given the pre-image, MATH and the image M’A’T’H’, write formula for the translation

  7. Graph the translation! (x - 8, y - 4) List the coordinates and label appropriately.
