  10. Status / Schedule • TOF hodoscope, Aerogel Cherenkov counter, defining counter and other beam counters are ready. • Cryostat works quite stably. • Electronics has been delivered. (although not for all channels of VLPC) • Improving DAQ with VLSB and VME ADCs/TDCs. • Continue preparation work by 4 or more Japanese colleagues • 5 from US, 4 from EU will join around Sept. 28. • 2 from UK will join Sept. 20 to install tracker into solenoid magnet. • Sept. 20 : Remove USHIWAKA magnet and cleanup p2 area • Sept. 21 • Set the solenoid magnet • Install the tracker • Install beam counters. • Sept. 27 : Accelerator tuning will be started • Sept. 28 : VLPC fully commissioning by experts from FNAL • Sept. 29 : hopefully internal target ON, and beam could be provided to p2 although it is unstable • Tuning beam counters. Trigger setup. • Oct. 3 – Oct. 7 : Stable beam.
