Control of NFA and NPPB Frequencies with DIDS and Gd3+ at Low Frequencies

This study investigates the control mechanisms for NFA and NPPB frequencies set at 0.5 Hz, using DIDS and Gd3+ treatments. We explore the effects of these agents on the response at a frequency of 0.5 Hz, and their broader implications for cellular signaling and function. Continuous monitoring is carried out with a precision of 10 mV over a duration of 20 seconds. The findings aim to enhance our understanding of these controls and their potential applications in biophysical experiments.
