Upregulated Gene Categories in Late Acute vs. Convalescent Phase of Infection

This study analyzes the gene expression changes in patients during the late acute phase compared to the convalescent phase of infection, identifying significant categories of upregulated genes. Data was gathered using the HG-focus platform, and only categories with a statistical significance of p < 0.05 are presented. The findings may provide insights into the biological processes and pathways active during the late acute phase of the disease, facilitating better understanding and treatment strategies.
